Serial command demo

The controller’s RS232 command set, step by step. Press Start demo below, then Send on any step to see the command go out and the controller’s reply come back — no cable needed.

Record from a real controller (Crysberg staff): connect to a real COM port instead, and remember every reply

Chrome/Edge only; served over https, the browser can open a COM port directly — like PuTTY. Close PuTTY first: only one program can hold the port. The serial data never leaves this machine.

Connected straight to the controller, so there's no login. Each step sends its command down the port and shows the reply underneath. Step 1's reply fills the decoder lists in steps 2, 5 and 6. ⚠-marked steps switch real outputs on a real line. Commands are saved in this browser.
